Making fifth career PGA Championship start, third since 2018...Made the cut for the first time in 2019 at Bethpage Black after posting a 69 on Friday (finished 82nd)...accepted an exemption from the USGA for the 120th U.S. Open Championship, Sept. 17-20 at Winged Foot Golf Club (West Course), in Mamaroneck, New York, for finishing top-three in the 2019 Professional Player of the Year Standings...Finished 1-3-0 in the 2019 PGA Cup at the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas, but more importantly for the victorious U.S. Team, secured the decisive point in the event’s final match, a 4 and 2 win over Craig Lee of GB&I...Also played for a victorious U.S. Team in the 2011 PGA Cup and finished a perfect 4-0-0...Has four top-10s in eight career starts in the PGA Professional Championship (T-5/2011; T-7/2012; T-9th/2018; T-8/2019)...Is a Four-time qualifier in the PGA Tour Shriners Hospital for Children Open (2010, '11, '15, '16)...Winner, 2010 Southwest PGA Section Professional Championship; 2008 Southwest PGA Section Assistant Championship...Member of the Colorado School of Mines Athletic Hall of Fame...As Vice President of Fitting & Performance for PING (previously the Chief Engineer 2013-2018, and Senior Designer), is credited with the design of the G30, Anser, i20, and i25 drivers, along with a variety of fairway metal, hybrid and iron designs...Helped create the iPING putting App...Named as an inventor for more than 125 patents.
