Mobile App
The PGA Championships App
The PGA Championships App, for iOS and Android, is the official digital home of the 2025 PGA Championship. The app will provide a comprehensive Championship experience for all fans, whether they are at Quail Hollow or following the action around the world, and will be the primary way for fans to access and manage their Championship tickets.
App features include:
- Ability to access and manage Championship tickets
- Onsite map featuring real-time navigation around Quail Hollow Club and real-time player location for practice and championship rounds
- Live scoring, statistics and starting times, featuring 3D shot tracking for every player in the field and televised shots right within player scorecards. New for 2025: iOS users will be able to follow the live leaderboard and any player right on their lock screen
- Favorite player alerts featuring in-round updates and post-round video recaps
- Live audio streaming of SiriusXM’s PGA Championship Radio broadcast, no subscription or authentication required
- An in-depth look at Quail Hollow, with video flyovers of all 18 holes

Items to Bring from Home
Here are a few items we recommend you bring from home to enhance your Championship experience:
- Jacket and/or layered outerwear piece
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Portable phone charger
- Personal sunscreen
The following items are also permitted on-site:
- Small bags (10x10x10)
- Diaper bags and strollers
- Umbrellas
- Cameras (Monday - Wednesday, May 12 - 14 ONLY)
Entering the Championship Grounds at Quail Hollow Club
Spectators must enter the grounds through the scan gate corresponding with their ticket type.
- Beginning Opening Day, May 12, all Championship+ Ticket holders arriving through the Main Spectator Entrance are required to enter the grounds through designated lanes.
- All Quail Hollow Club Members, Club PGA and PGA Premier Hospitality Ticket holders arriving through the Main Spectator Entrance are required to enter the grounds through designated lanes. Upon entry, your mobile ticket will be scanned. Wristbands for Quail Hollow Club Members, Club PGA and PGA Premier Hospitality Ticket holders will be provided upon entry to their respective venues.
- All Championship Volunteers and other credential holders are required to enter the grounds through designated lanes at the Main Spectator Entrance.
Inclement Weather
Please observe the Leader Boards and Video Boards for the Weather Warning signs which will appear when inclement weather is approaching the course. When the signs appear, spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter prior to play being suspended. If the sirens sound, seek shelter immediately.
In the event of inclement weather, please remember to avoid the following:
- Tall and/or Isolated Trees
- Hilltops and High Places
- Metal Fences
- Telephone Poles
- Open Fields
- Golf Carts
- Bodies of Water
Grandstands
Several grandstands are located throughout the grounds at Quail Hollow Club. All public grandstand seating is first-come, first-served. Consult the course map or the PGA Championships App to find the closest Grandstand.
Atrium Health Medical Stations
First-Aid stations are staffed by medical professionals from Atrium Health. These stations are located at the Practice Area Wedge, between holes 1 & 9; adjacent to the PGA Shops, and between holes 16 & 18; adjacent to the Green Mile Club. A dedicated Family Care Center for nursing mothers will be available at the Practice Area Wedge. Nursing mothers are permitted to bring necessary equipment to the Championship.
Accessibility Services (ADA)

Complimentary Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Championship grounds. Keep an eye out for Wi-Fi signs during your visit and make sure to download the PGA Championships App!

The following methods of payment are accepted onsite at the PGA Championship, identified by location. All on-site transactions will be cashless. No cash or checks will be accepted.

Transportation & Parking
PGA Public Parking
PGA Public Parking is located at Carowinds Amusement Park (Monday-Friday) (14523 Carowinds Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28273) and Ballantyne Corporate Place (Saturday - Sunday) (11215 Rushmore Dr, Charlotte, NC 28277). Additional parking is available at the Park Expo Center (Monday-Sunday) (800 Briar Creek Rd., Charlotte, NC 28205). Carpooling is highly encouraged. Daily Parking is available on SeatGeek, the official ticketing provider for the PGA of America for $20 per day (inclusive of fees and taxes).
As you approach the general public parking lots, please follow the signage and traffic control for PGA Public Parking. Shuttle service is provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at Quail Hollow Club. There is no public parking at or around Quail Hollow Club during Championship Week.
Only pre-purchased parking is allowed in the general public lots. There will be no on-site purchases for parking. Parking is sold first-come first-served.
Note: There is no overnight parking in any PGA Public Parking Lots. Vehicles left overnight will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. PGA Tournament Corporation is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, or items lost or stolen from your vehicle.
The public parking lot will be open Monday, May 12 - Sunday, May 18, 2025.
Rideshare
Spectators electing to utilize UBER, Lyft, or Z-Trip must be picked up and dropped off at the PGA Championship's Official Rideshare lot located near Quail Hollow Club. For an efficient Rideshare experience, simply enter “Quail Hollow Club” as the destination in your Rideshare app of choice and your driver will take you to the designated Rideshare lot. Spectators utilizing rideshare will enter and exit the Championship grounds through the Main Spectator Entrance, a short walk from the Official Rideshare lot.
Please be advised that the PGA Championship cannot guarantee drivers and there may be extended wait times for rideshare vehicles during peak departure hours from Quail Hollow Club.
Note: No street parking allowed. Any parked vehicles left driverless on Gleneagles Road or in the Rideshare lot are subject to towing at the owner's expense. Vehicle owner-operators are encouraged not to leave their vehicle parked and/or unoccupied.
Charlotte Area Transit System
Thanks to a partnership with the City of Charlotte and CATS, ticket holders for the PGA Championship can show their Championship digital ticket for complimentary rides on all of CATS services on the corresponding day of their ticket.
Sharon Road West station will be the stop for all spectators coming to and from the Championship. Spectators can take the Blue Line to the Sharon Road West Station and board a CATS bus for the short ride to the Main Spectator Bus Terminal. Spectators utilizing the CATS Blue Line should exit at the Sharon Road West Station, where they will then show their Championship digital ticket to board a CATS bus to the Main Spectator Bus Terminal. Buses will begin 30 minutes prior to gates opening, and end 30 minutes after gates close.
Note: No public parking will be available at the Sharon Road West station. Please check that your station has parking before driving to your Light Rail station.

Volunteer Parking (Lot V)
Volunteer parking information has been shared directly with Championship Volunteers. Please consult your Volunteer manual for directions and hours of operation.
Accessible Parking (Lot ADA)
Designated accessible parking for those requiring lift-equipped transportation to the course will be available Monday - Sunday at the Central Piedmont Community College, Harper Campus located directly across the street from 315 W Hebron St, Charlotte, NC 28273. You will need a verified Disabled Person Parking placard, permit, or license plate to enter this parking lot. Please follow the signage on W Hebron St to the ADA Lot. The person to whom the placard or plate is issued must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger.
Please note that it’s against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required ADA credentials or to fraudulently use someone else's in order to gain access to ADA parking spots.
Wheelchairs will not be available for rent, but spectators may bring wheelchairs with them to the Championship.

The PGA Shops presented by Chase Sapphire Grand Opening
The PGA Shops presented by Chase Sapphire will be open to the general public, Friday. May 9 - Sunday, May 11. No ticket required.
Parking is complimentary and located at 4400 Sharon Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211 please follow signage and traffic control the Belk and Dillard’s parking decks. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at Quail Hollow Club. There is no public parking at Quail Hollow Club during the PGA Shops Grand Opening.

Wanamaker Trophy Presentation
The Wanamaker Trophy Presentation Ceremony will take place on the 18th Green immediately following the end of play on Sunday, May 18.
In the event of a tie for first place after 72 holes, there will be a three-hole aggregate score play-off on Holes 16, 17, and 18. If still tied, there will be a hole-by-hole play-off starting on Hole 18 and if still tied, Holes 16, 17, and 18 repeated. The Wanamaker Trophy Presentation Ceremony will occur immediately following the play-off.

Admissions and Conduct Policies
Admission Policy
Tickets and/or credentials, in the form provided by the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (“PGA”) or its subsidiary PGA Tournament Corporation, Inc. (“PTC”) will be required for admission into the Championship. All admission tickets issued by PGA or PTC granting access to the Championship are licenses that may be revoked by the PGA or PTC in their sole discretion for any reason or no reason at all. Please retain your ticket or credential at all times as security personnel will not allow admission into the event for individuals without appropriate credentials. Please do not tamper or interfere with the bar code presented on the ticket or credential. PGA/PTC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and/or credentials.
Re-Admission Policy
There will be no daily re-entry to the grounds. If you leave the grounds, you must have an unscanned ticket to return to the Championship. Once your ticket has been scanned, it will no longer provide admission. The only exception is when the Weather Warning signs have been posted.

Junior Admission Policy
As part of the Championship’s mission to grow interest and participation in the game of golf, juniors 15 years of age and younger will be admitted into the Championship grounds for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted two junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up on-site at the Admissions Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance on the day of admission.
Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sell-out. Please note, junior tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or clubs and do not receive access to the Championship+ Inclusive Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Program.
Children under the age of 2 do not require an admission ticket to enter the Championship.
Military Admission Policy
To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees, Reserve, National Guard, and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship.
Please CLICK HERE to complete an online verification and request process with GovX, where a copy of a Military ID or service verification must be provided in exchange for daily admission. Following verification, military members will be directed to SeatGeek, to reserve their attendance. Please do this for each day you plan to attend.
Military Tickets are digital, and will appear in your SeatGeek ticket account no later than 24 hours prior to the event. The military member and guest must arrive together, with tickets on the same mobile device.
Please note, Military tickets cannot be upgraded to alternative venues, but are eligible for the junior admission policy. Further, Military tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or clubs.
Complimentary military tickets may be subject to availability based on event capacity. Thursday - Sunday military tickets are sold out.
Photo & Autograph Policy
Cameras are only allowed on-site during Practice Rounds, Monday through Wednesday, and are not permitted on-site during Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday. Please consult the Mobile Device Policy for guidelines regarding mobile device photo, audio, and video capturing while on-site.
We recommended limiting autograph requests to areas around the practice range and putting green during Practice Rounds only, Monday - Wednesday.
Mobile Device Policy
Mobile devices must be kept in Silent Mode Setting at all times at the PGA Championship:
- Set your device to silent or vibrate, including but not limited to, ringer, notifications, and alerts.
- Camera flash turned off.
- Incoming and outgoing calls may only be made or received farther than 100 yards away from competition.
- Text, email, social posting, and other data use is allowed on the golf course at any location, providing players are not in position and about to play their shots.
- Mobile device photography, as well as audio and video capturing, is allowed in all areas during Practice Rounds (Monday-Wednesday).
- During Championship Rounds (Thursday-Sunday), photography, audio, and video recording is prohibited anywhere within 100 yards of competition or when requested by players, caddies, marshalls, volunteers, security, or Championship staff and officials.
Alcohol Policy
All guests at the PGA Championship are asked to drink responsibly and be respectful of players and other members of the gallery. Spectators appearing under the age of 30 will be asked for identification before being allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages on-site.
The following documents are acceptable forms of identification at the PGA Championship:
- Current, valid United States or Canadian Driver's License
- Current, valid Military ID w/photo
- Current, valid United States or Canadian ID card w/photo
- Current, valid Passport
- Current, valid Mexican Consular ID card
- Current, valid U.S. or Canadian Passport Card w/photo
Temporary identification papers are not acceptable. There is a 2 alcoholic beverage limit, per person, per identification. Alcohol service will be discontinued at the discretion of management. You must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage. All alcohol sales will stop one hour before the gates close each day.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, to include, but not limited to, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes will be prohibited in any permanent or temporary buildings, inclusive of hospitality areas, on patios, decks or raised platforms and grandstands at the PGA Championship. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, 20 feet from any structures listed above.
Conduct Customs and Etiquette
Attendees are requested to display traditional customs of etiquette, decorum, and behavior, and to obey all Championship policies including, but not limited to, those provided on each ticket, all posted signs, and any instructions of Championship Marshals and Officials. Inappropriate behaviors and/or failure to comply with standards/policies may lead to ejection from the Championship and/or cancellation of admission tickets, without refund.
- Although cheering and positive gallery responses to great play are encouraged, unsolicited and consistent calls from the gallery toward players and others are prohibited.
- For the safety of everyone and in keeping with policy established at major sporting events, running is considered to be unacceptable behavior.
- Please stay behind the gallery ropes and cooperate with instructions given by Championship Marshals.
- Please kneel or sit if you are in the front row and remain still throughout each shot.
- Anyone acting in a manner that is deemed to be abusive, derogatory, rude, or aggressive may be subject to removal from the Championship premises and may be prohibited from returning to the PGA Championship or attending any future PGA of America event.
