PGA Ticket Registry Frequently Asked Questions

TICKETING

Due to high demand, registration does not guarantee an opportunity to purchase any or all ticket types. Available inventory may vary depending on your assigned group and purchase window.

Q. What is the PGA Ticket Registry?

A. To ensure widespread access to the most in-demand ticket types, 2026 PGA Championship tickets are sold exclusively through a free, no-obligation, online ticket registration process. By participating in this process, you are registering for your place in line – first come, first served – for the opportunity to purchase tickets when they go on sale in May of 2025. The earlier you register the better, as historically many of the most popular ticket types have sold out in advance of past PGA Championships.

Q. Why should I register?

A. Although registration does not guarantee access to purchase any or all ticket types, participation in the PGA Ticket Registry will provide you with the best opportunity to be there in person.

Q. What if I don’t register?

A. Ticket inventory, if it remains, will be made available to non-registrants after all registrants have had an opportunity to purchase tickets. We highly recommend participating in the PGA Ticket Registry if you are interested in attending the 2026 PGA Championship.

Q. Can I register more than once?

A. No. There is a limit of one registration per individual, entity, and email address.

Q. What is the Chase Preferred group?

A. The Chase Preferred group allows select Chase cardholders preferred access to the ticket registry. Upon completion of the registration process Chase cardmembers with verified Bank Identification Numbers “BINs” may have a potential opportunity to purchase available ticket inventory on a first-come, first-served basis, as product quantity restrictions permit and as determined by PGA. Chase cardmembers must use the Chase Preferred Access link provided via email to gain access to the potential purchase opportunity during the designated preferred access window.

Q. How do I know that I’ve successfully registered for the PGA Ticket Registry?

A. After completing the registration form, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. All registrants will also receive an automated email to the provided email address. If you are having difficulty locating this confirmation email, please check your email inbox and spam folders for any communications from an info@thepga.com email address. Q. Can I come and go from the PGA Championship with my same ticket?

A. Same-day re-entry is not permitted. Once scanned, your ticket will expire.

Q. What is your refund policy?
